Order pick up
Orders can be picked up from our retail location at 2200/6 Mkwepu street, Dar es Salaam city centre. Please note orders placed online are not available immediately and may take up to 2 hours to be ready for pick up. For directions to our shop please click here:
We can usually delivery anywhere within Tanzania.
We will always confirm delivery with you before dispatching your order.
Our Current regular delivery options are as follows:


Dar es Salaam - City Centre, Kariakoo, Ilala, Upanga, Seaview



Dar es Salaam - Kurasini, Changombe




Dar es Salaam - Masaki, Oysterbay, Kinondoni, Msasani, Mikocheni



Dar es Salaam - Sinza, Kijitonyama, Mwenge, Mbezi, Bahari Beach


Out of Dar es Salaam

Important: Orders received after 3:30pm will be delivered the following day.
eg: IF an order is received on Monday at 4pm, it will be delivered on Tuesday before 6pm.
We do not deliver on Sundays and after 2pm on Saturdays
*We can arrange immediate delivery at an extra charge. Please ask.  
Out of Dar es Salaam -
  • We can generally deliver to anywhere in Tanzania
  • We use bus services from Dar es Salaam, and you will need to pick up your items at the local bus station in your city
  • Charges may be revised if items are bulkier or heavier than normal.
Standard out of Dar delivery charge -15,000/-

We accept the following payment methods:
  1. Cash on delivery (in Dar es Salaam)
  2. Tigopesa, MPesa, Airtel Money and all other Mobile money.
Below is our exchange policy for all products on our website:

We will generally EXCHANGE any items within 3 DAYS if it is unopened/unworn, in original condition and includes original labels and tags.

All exchanges will be for store credit.

We do not give refunds unless we delivered a defective or incorrect product and do not have a replacement.

We do not exchange:
  • Breast pumps and bottles
  • Underclothing (underwear/vests/socks/bras etc)
  • Opened/Used/dirty items
  • Swimwear
  • Books
It is the customers responsibility to return the item to our retail location. Any delivery charges related to a return will be the customers responsibility, unless we supplied an incorrect or defective product. Our pick up and delivery charges for exchanges depends on the area. It will generally range from 3,000/--10,000/- within Dar es Salaam.
Within reason, we will always do our best to satisfy customers and take responsibility for our products.
