How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or visit our store.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest or order through WhatsApp.
Are all products shown online available in-store?
More items are available in-store
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday + Public Holiday: CLOSED
Our deliveries are done between 2-6pm. If you need delivery outside this time window, there may be extra charges.
Delivery orders are processed as confirmed purchases - Our drivers aren’t able to wait during fittings, so we don’t send multiple sizes for home try-on.
Mobile money payments must be completed before 2PM for same-day delivery.
You can place your order online and collect it at your convenience, or send someone on your behalf - If your order has been prepaid, please ensure the person collecting brings the payment confirmation SMS

- We can generally deliver to anywhere in Tanzania
- We use bus services from Dar es Salaam, and you will need to pick up your items at the local bus station in your city
- Charges may be revised if items are bulkier or heavier than normal.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery (in Dar es Salaam)
2. Mobile Money
3. Visa / Mastercard - In store only
We will always confirm your payment method when confirming your order.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to assist where possible.
1. Timeframe
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase.
2. Condition of Items
- Items must be unopened, unworn, and in original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
3. Proof of Purchase
- Please present your receipt or payment confirmation SMS.
- We issue receipts for all purchases, so please ensure you collect and keep your receipt at the time of purchase, as it will be required for any exchange.
4. Exchange Method
- All approved exchanges are issued as store credit.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are not provided, unless:
- The item is defective or incorrect, and
- A replacement is not available.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not exchange:
- Underclothing (underwear, vests, socks, bras, etc.)
- Swimwear
- Any opened, used, worn, or dirty items
- Custom or school-specific items (e.g., logoed uniforms), unless defective
7. Returns Process
- Items must be returned to our retail location.
- Any delivery costs related to returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless we supplied an incorrect or defective item.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
