PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods for delivery:
1. Cash on delivery (in Dar es Salaam)
2. Mobile money - We will provide you our Selcom Pay number if you choose this method.
** Mobile money payments must be completed before the items leave for delivery **
If you would like to pay on delivery, it must be cash. The delivery driver will be unable accept other payment methods.
We will always verify your payment method, details and amount when confirming the availability pf your order.
ORDER PICK UP
Orders placed online may not be available immediately and may take up to 2 hours to be ready for pick up.
DELIVERY
Please note that we can't bring multiple sizes for you to choose from at delivery. If you're unsure about your size, we recommend visiting our shop to try on the items
For orders received before 3pm, we deliver the same day before 6pm.
Orders received after 3pm may be delivered the following day before 6pm
If you are paying with mobile money, it must be paid before the driver leaves for deliveries (2:30pm)
If you require immediate delivery, or delivery at a particular time please let us know in advance. Although we will try our best, it may not always be possible.

Dar es Salaam - City Centre, Kariakoo, Ilala, Upanga, Seaview | 3,000/- |
Dar es Salaam - Masaki, Oysterbay, Kinondoni, Msasani, Mikocheni, Kurasini, Changombe | 5,000/- |
Dar es Salaam - Sinza, Kijitonyama, Mwenge, Mbezi, Bahari Beach | 7,000/- |
Below is our exchange policy for all products on our website:
We will generally EXCHANGE any items within 3 DAYS if it is unopened/unworn, in original condition and includes original labels and tags.
- All exchanges will be for a replacement product or a store credit. We do not give refunds unless we delivered a defective or incorrect product and do not have a replacement.
- We do not exchange:
- Opened / Used / Dirty items
- Items where labels / tags have been removed
- Swimwear
- Books
- Breast pumps and bottles
- Underclothing (underwear/vests/socks/bras etc)
- If you need to return or exchange an item, any delivery charges will be your responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item or a defective product (and you had paid for delivery).
